Issues with RBR750

I'm having connectivity issues. We had a power outage. The power is back on. My computer, phone, and TV are connected to the wifi network, and I can watch YouTube and search the internet. However, my peloton is not connecting. Done multiple powder cycles. The peloton shows it's connected but fails to work and says the delivers a there's no internet connection error message. I am using the Orbi app to try and figure it out, but the Orbi app says the RBR 750 is disconnected and says my phone is not connected. I've turned on airplane mode and searched on Google using the wifi connection. Any ideas

frontier tends to use modem/router combo devices and it'll put you in a double nat. Most devices don't have too many issues with a double nat, but yours must.

A double nat happens when you cascade more than 1 router.

Fixes? There are 3 options, but only use 1.
        1. Put the modem/gateway in modem only/pass-through mode. This disables its routing functions.
        2. Leave the modem/gateway in router mode but put the Netgears IP address into its DMZ. This forwards the data to the netgear. You can either leave the modem/gateway wirelessly enabled or disabled. Just make sure its using a different wifi channel to prevent interference
        3. Put the Netgear into access point mode. This disables its routing functions. The Wi-Fi/ethernet still works, but it disables some features.
