I've RBR850 with RBS850 Satellite. Trying to add a additional RBS850 but it wouldn't sync

I've RBR850 with RBS850 Satellite. Trying to add an additional RBS850 satellite but it wouldn't sync. I see blue light, the RBS Satellite connects and then goes offline. Please advise.

Thanks. I was suspecting that FW is the issue however didn't know how to upload that. Finally I was able to update the firmware on the additional RBS850 and now everything seems to be working.
