What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Install WiFiSweetSpots on your phone. Then have the phone connect to the RBR. What is the connect speed rate seen on the app? This is just testing the connection rate, not a bandwidth rate.
