Kasa smart dimmer Switch

Hi everyone, I bought the Kasa Smart dimmer switch but it would not detect my wifi.  I have the Orbi RBK853 and the wireless settings are auto between 2.4GHz and 5Ghz but the kasa dimmer cant detect the wifi, I know that the switch can only work with 2.4GHz.  I am wondering if anyone here has a kasa smart device that is working with their Orbi system that can give me some advice on this?
