Latest firmware for RBR860

Hi, I have 2 RBR860 units at different locations, both with the firmware version V7.18.6.13_5.18.4 yet neither will allow an auto update and I have found no history of this version of firmware either...

Can you confirm v7.18.6.13? 

I dont see that version listed on NGs web page...

Most current version is v.31

Most stable and recommended version is v.21

 

Is this a retail system or from and ISP maybe?

      I agree. That is exactly what I have uncovered hence my confusion.

    They are definately that version, screen shot below

     

    I am unsure if they are from ISP but unlikely given cost as I bought them both second hand from 2 different sources

      THen they would be even more recent FW versions and probably from some ISP that can be seen on some that get HW from NG and ISP develop there own FW. Something not supported by NG after the fact.

        Do you think that I could load the oem firmware over the top.
