Link rate on Samsung 4K Tv
I have an RBK753 plus another Satellite in a roughly 10000 square foot house. In an addition I built recently I have a satellite in there and get 120-150 mbps on Speedtest. The Samsung 4K tv in this room has a fuzzy picture sometimes if I’m streaming a live show like football. The Link rate is 130 usually when TV has been off for awhile, but changes a lot and goes down to as low as 28 when in use. Why and why am I getting the fuzzy picture when the Speedtest on phone says I’m getting 120-150 mbps?

What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. 60 feet would be around maxumum distance.
