looking to connect to IPVanish server using Nighthawk LAX20 (AX1900) 4G LTE router

Question

Hello,I am trying to use my LTE router to connect to a vpn server in the USA to get a US IP address for computers using my router. I am not in the USA and on my peevious wifi only router i used an l2tp connection. Im not too tech savvy so if anyone can help (maybe vpn-pptp connection) I'd be gratefull.&nbsp;Thank you
