Main unit is secured, but satellite is not
Hello. Title pretty much says it all. I noticed today that I have two SSIDs showing; they are both the same name, but one is secured and the other is not. I saw a thread on here for a similar issu...

Does RBS750 connect to RBR750 via wired or 2G or 5G ?
Can you check RBR750 and RBS750 security mode from web gui ?
Thanks.
The RBS is connected via a cat-6 hardline to the network. When I checked the security, I noticed when I logged into the RBS via the web the 5ghz is showing no security (see screenshot above). I do not see though any way to change settings on that page so I went back to the RBR page but whilst I can find security settings, I don't see anything specific to the satellite or specific to 5 ghz.

Is the RBS connected directly to the back of the RBR or is there a LAN switch or patch panel in between them?
You may need to turn off the RBS. Then remove it from the RBRs web page. Then turn ON the RBS and when it starts to pulsate WHITE in front, press the sync button the RBS then on the RBR or use the RBRs Add Satellite function on the RBRs web page and get the RBS re-synced wirelessly. I would do this with the RBS near or in same room as the RBR. Check the RBS web page after the front turns BLUE to see that the security mode gets set to WPA2 for both radios.
If it doesn't at this point, you may need to factory reset the RBS and then try a re-sync again.
