Does this happen with all RBS turned OFF temporarilly? 

What channels are set on the Orbi system?

What WiFi Security mode are you using on the Orbi system? WPA2 only or Mixed WPA2 and WPA3? Some older WiFi devices don't support WPA3 Or mixed modes.

 

What is the brand and model# of the wifi adapter in this PC? 

Make sure the drivers for the wifi adapters in this PC are up to date from it's Mfr. 

Make contact with the Mfr of this PC regarding help and information for there PC product.

Thank you for your suggestion and comments. I tried all configurations and found that by switching to WPA3, it solved the issue! I appreciate your help!
