When you set up Static IPs on these devices, are you also inputting DNS addresses as well? If so what DNS addresses are you using?

manual IP address as in the IP address is set on the device (what is often called a Static IP address), rather than being entered into the LAN Setup as an assignment based on MAC address?
Very odd that something would work for months and then quit working. Especially since IPv4 addressing has nothing in common with IPv6. There were no static IPv6 addresses on those devices, correct?

I set the manual IP address on the device. They showed up in Attached Devices list on the RBR web page. I set them outside the DHCP range of the router, so it did not manage them at all. Very odd.

See this picture....on EVERY device having this issue (iPhones, iPad, Mac), the device says it is connected to the network (for me 21BBakerStreet) - yet it's on 5G! I confirmed that with speedtest, which reports it's going against AT&T server (my 5G ISP) vs. Comcast. So it's not device specific.
