Manually setting up 2.4GHz and 5GHz for Orbi RBS850/ RBK850

Please be more specific about exactly what app, on what model of phone, is not working with what model of TV.  The Orbi network is seamless, meaning that devices connected via 2.4Ghz can see and talk to devices connected via 5Ghz.  So that's not the problem.

Some apps that setup IoT device wireless settings are difficult to use with Orbi because the network the phone is connected to (e.g., 5Ghz) is not the same network info the IoT device needs to use (e.g., 2.4Ghz).

So is your "screen mirroring setup" trying to do the same thing?  I would guess that once your TV is connected to the Orbi network then this is not an issue anymore, so the details of what your screen mirroring setup app looks like would help us understand if this is indeed a 2.4Ghz vs. 5Ghz issue or something else.
