Please upgrade the RBS350 sateliites to the latest firmware v4.6.9.11. There were many improvements in that firmware.
Login to each satellite and manually stability upgrade to that firmware.

So while I was quite outdated with the firmware, after the update it was still happening. Even if I am the only one using the internet at the time. It seems to happen when I use a lot of bandwidth at once, like it can't handle the traffic. It's fine when I'm just sitting there on the computer, but when I run something like Valorant or a similar competitive game that is online intensive, the ping creeps up, I lose connection, then re-establishes connection. It doesn't seem like I'm too far away from the router either, so again, whatever info y'all need from me please let me know. I just really want to fix this.

What is the make and model or the ISP modem/router to which Orbi is connected?
Are all satellites wireless?
What other wired devices do you have in the network?
Do you have AX services activated? Is the device you're testing from AX-capable? If not, please try disabling AX services.

It's hardwired to a Motorola MB8600 Modem using an XFINITY Gigabit Co-ax connection.
All satellites are indeed wireless, placed <30ft from the router.
I have no other wired devices on the network, it's mainly just wireless...my pc that I use at night, during the day family uses the internet like usual: phones, tv, etc. but no issues arise.
I have a PCI-e Wi-Fi card installed: Ubit Intel ax210, it does support 802.11ax as far as I know. Drivers were just updated as well.
And yes, I do have AX services enabled on my router.
