Mesh Router RBR850 Does NOT show Connected Satellites on Web Display
I hope this is the correct forum.
When I log onto my routers through a browser interface, the connected Satellites do NOT show up.
As can be seen below, I have 4 satellites connected.

Has the router been restarted? (Then, wait at least five minutes for things to settle down.)

Thank you for the response.
Yes. I have restarted everything multiple times.
On the support call, we also restared and upgraded to the latest firmware.

(More pointless questions.....)
How are the satellites connected to the router?
- Using the default 5G WiFi backhaul link?
- Using Ethernet cable (i.e. 'wired')?
(If the satellites are 'wired', are they connected directly to the router LAN ports or is there a switch involved?)
What happens if the Orbi is placed in router mode? I understand that when the Internet Service Provider device is itself a router, an Orbi in router mode creates what is called a "Double NAT" that makes specific internet applications much more cumbersome to implement. (not impossible, but a LOT more effort). Plenty of customers have a Double NAT, never know, and suffer no ill effects. I'm just wondering, "what if?"

Everything is connected via WiFi.
When on the phone with support a satellite would not connect, so he had me connect with ethernet.
FYI... This has been working fine for almost a year. This issue just started.
I got cut off with support and will need to call again tomorrow.

What browser are you using?
What Firmware version is currently loaded on the RBR and RBS?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended.
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?Are the RBS wireless or ethernet connected to the RBR?
Does Orbi app show the 4 RBS as being connected?

Thank you for the response....
As mentioned, I'm using Edge and the firmware is the latest. Support updated all firmware.
My issue is that although satellites are connected to the router, they do NOT show up on the web link.
They show up connected in the app.
I'm thinking I may have a hardware problem as the satellites seem to disconnect.
I will call support again.

If the RBS are showing up in the Orbi app and not the RBR Web ui, would not be a hardware issue. Something on your PC or web browser may not be working right or something on the RBRs web UI is not working right.

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? A complete pull of the power adapters for a period of time after the factory reset then walk thru the setup wizard and setup from scratch with a wired PC and web browser. https://kb.netgear.com/22697/How-do-I-install-my-NETGEAR-router-using-the-router-web-interface
Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.

I would power OFF the ISP modem for 1 minute. Factory reset the router and power it off. Power ON the ISP modem and let it sync. Then power ON the router and walk thru the setup wizard again using a wired PC and a web browser.
Press the back reset button for 15 seconds then release.
