What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Does your modem or ISP use PPPoE or DHCP for connections services? Something to ask the ISP about if you don't know.
Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and Orbi system been performed?

Shaw XB6 modem in bridge. DHCP.
Yes One minute off completed.Try using a wired PC and web browser connected at 192.168.1.1 on the RBR and walk thru the setup wizard...

Has anyone experienced this with xb6 bridged? Send unusual that the RBK23 system has no issues.
Would it be helpful to turn off the bridge and try setting up?
The reason I ask is that this is the second RBK753 system I’ve had with the exact same issue. Must be something on my end…
