Multiple laptops with different VPNs passing through Orbi issue

I have 2 laptops connected to our Orbi 750. Each laptop has a VPN set up to connect to its owners company.

We have noticed that when both VPNs are running at the same time, the speed of connections grind to a halt over a relatively short period of time and a Reboot of the Orbi device sorts this out.

We are on Firmware V4.6.9.11, so a few versions behind so i will try that but does anyone have any thoughts on why this might be?
