My 2.4GHz appliance cannot be connected after chaging to RBR750

HI cw007_hk,

 

I understand that you are having compatibility issues with your RBR750 and your 2.4 GHz band IoT devices. 

 

  • Go to orbilogin.com in a web browser to access the Orbi admin site, Advanced tab, and Advanced / Wireless Settings.  Set CTS/RTS Threshold to 2347 for both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz bands.
  • Next, Navigate to the Advanced tab, Setup / Wireless Setup, and uncheck AX Mode for the 2.4Ghz band (only).
  • Then add the devices to your RBR750 manually.
