My device no where to be found under the Attached Devices

Question

RBK750 - Firmware: V4.6.3.7_2.0.49.&nbsp;&nbsp;Using the web and/or orbi app - I am not able to find my device (computer)&nbsp; under the Attached Devices.&nbsp; Although my device is connected to the Network, both the ip and/or mac address does not show up.&nbsp; &nbsp;I also tried to renew the ip address but no luck.&nbsp; No issues with other devices.&nbsp; Because of this I am not able to add this device to a SPC profile.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
