My Orbi Mesh WiFi 6 RBS350 Satellite always disconnected
I have my Orbi Mesh Wifi 6 RBK352 system with two satellites for three years already and they are running perfectly fine and very good before. Recently, I moved home and added a lot of smart devices,...

I tend to agree that even 80 smart light bulbs should present very little usage of the WiFi network. (Although I wonder how it is possible to have that many. My entire house has probably fewer than 30 total light bulbs.)
I wonder how it is possible for a WiFi device (such as a smart light bulb) to be connected to a satellite that has no link to the router. (magenta light)
What brand/model of bulb are these?
Is it possible to power them off with switches or are they 'hard wired' to electricity?
(reason: it would be interesting to see if removing them from the network causes the satellite to regain a connection when it is powered off and back on again.)
If the satellite is temporarily moved to the same room as the router and plugged in, does it get the "blue light" indicating a good connection to the router, and show up on the Attached Devices display as "Good"?

Hi,
Thank you for your reply. I have a lot of spot lights, so it cause many smart light pubs.
Sometimes, it show the magenta light, but sometimes it does not. I test it by getting my mobile close to the satellite and my mobile can connect to the wifi, but not the Internet, when I relocate my mobile to close to the router then the Internet connection is fine. If the satellite does not show the magenta light, then I can check my mobile was actually connected to the satellite by checking the device list, but ofcourse I cannot do so, if it is showing magenta light, it looks like still connect on it, as the behaviour is the same, but may be I am wrong.
I use enshine smart bulb. Yes, I try to turn them off, but it won't bring back the satellite, I need to restart them to make them have connection again.
I try to relocate the satellites, every time when I unplug and replug them, they are running fine and display "blue light", but they will disconnected later.
Now, I am using another brand mesh wifi system, so far has not disconnected issue, but Orbi has larger coverage and I believed that Orbi should be working fine too, so I will do further test.
Now, I face another problem, after I factory rest the router, it cannot connect to the Internet, I am sure the modem is fine, as my another router can use it and connect to the Internet.
I checked another post has similar issue and someone recommend reset it twice, I don't know why, but I will try it later: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Orbi-Wi-Fi-5-AC-and-Orbi-with/Orbi-AX1800-will-not-connect-to-internet/td-p/2187132
