My Orbi RBK753S JUST CUTS OUT AND " NO INTERNET CONNECTION"

Question

I'm getting so frustrated several times each day I fing I cannot get web pages.&nbsp; My phone says&nbsp;" NO INTERNET CONNECTION".&nbsp; I use my cell on LTE and I'm back on.&nbsp; switch to wifi and NO Service from my Orbi.&nbsp; Does anyone know whats going on?&nbsp; I feel sorry I&nbsp; made this purchase.&nbsp; I already dissconnected Armor.&nbsp; What a useless program.&nbsp; It locked me ourt of so many needed sites.&nbsp; No service is worse!&nbsp; Any ne have this issue too?

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected. https://kb.netgear.com/000036466/How-far-should-I-place-my-Orbi-satellite-from-my-Orbi-router

What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and any unused channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

Firmware VersionV3.2.16.6_1.4.4&nbsp;My modem is:&nbsp;ARRIS SURFboard SB6190 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem&nbsp;My home is 2400 sq. feet&nbsp;My Orbi modem is in the center of the house, a Ranch all on one level.&nbsp; The 2 satelittes are 22 feet apart with the modem in the center of the straight line.&nbsp;Xfinity is my service 100Mbs&nbsp;&nbsp;7 wifi neighbors&nbsp;&nbsp;2.4 channel: I switched from Auto to #15.0 GHZ channel: I am on channel 48&nbsp;I gave up my Google mesh and never had drops in my service until Obri my was set up.&nbsp;Thanks for your assistance.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

FYI, your model modem has a known problem with in itself and is not recommended for use.

Thanks for your assistance.&nbsp; I spoke to some neighbors this afternoon and it seems they too have having simular issues.&nbsp; It has to be Xfinity having issues with the high heat and high usage while many people are at home.

Well there was this yesterday morning. Not sure if XF has any ties to what happened.&nbsp;https://www.zdnet.com/article/centurylink-outage-led-to-a-3-5-drop-in-global-web-traffic/I did see two IoT services that I have that I could not connect too. Later on they were accessible.&nbsp;
