Did you contact Comcast/Xfinishedty and tell them about what happened and ask if there was any changes made to your service on their end that could cause that? There's only a couple of things that they could do and all but one or two would be in your favor.
But hopefully options and features in firmware updates will start rounding out across the product lines. I found in a R6700v3 that is at a neighbors that IPv6 has been going strong for over a year. And in the DeBug area there is an option to include IPv6 Stats in the DeBug Reports. And in the later versions of the FW on the RAXE500 there is a selection, "NOT TO UPDATE THE FW!"
So there's hope on the horizon . . .

Could you post a screen shot of IPv6 stats?
I do not find an option on my ancient RBR50 debug that mentions IPv6.

All I see on the "debug.htm" page is: "Start Debug Log Capture when boot up" and "Enable LAN/WAN Packet Capture". Should I enable one or both of those and reboot?
