My Orbi RBRE960 and RBRS960 network will sometimes just drop the wifi networks

Everything is running 7.2.6.21 firmware.
I do not use a modem as I have a fiber connection to the house, so the Fiber connects to a Juniper 12000, and that connects to a Mikrotik CCR (Cloud Core Router).
I have 4 RBS's and they are all about 45' from the router itself and many walls and in some cases floors between them.
This isn't a case of it not working at all, this is a case of everything working perfectly, and then it will simply stop working, and then 2-5 minutes later usually it will just start working again (sometimes takes 10 min).
What is the model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? Is there WiFi build in with this router here?
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
Are the RBS wireless or ethernet connected to the RBR?
Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF?
What channel configurations are currently set on the router?
Please post a screen capture of the RBR debug page found at RBR IP address/debug.htm in your next post please.
Again I do not have a modem, this is a fiber connection to a Juniper 12000 and a CCR 1009 router. There is no wifi from the CCR. The Orbi provides the wifi for the house. The house is 3500 square feet but also have positioned the RBS devices to provide wifi coverage for the yard.... focused on various sides of the house to get coverage in the yard.
The RBS are using wireless backhaul to connect to the RBR.
If the RBS are not connected then I wouldn't know if it happens as there is not enough coverage from the RBR by itself to see if the devices start failing.
Also:
Would you please turn OFF two RBS and observe to see if this same behavior still continues please.
As this doesn't happen on command and can take days before it hits and having 2 RBS off will cause problems for the devices that connect via them, that isn't a viable test.
I am trying to find out if there are known bugs/issues with the RBRE/S960 where you lose internet but still have wifi when using these as AP mode.
If you don't know of anything that is fine, but I can't take my network offline for days at a time.
