My orbi rbs 850 won't connect to my rbk752 system

Funny you link to the page where netgear itself says it should be compatible, hence my purchase of the 850 😉
When connecting with ethernet cable it adds the 850 as a router/device (similar to how it would add a computer to the device list), but it doesn't add it to the system itself 😞

What FW is loaded on the 850 and 750 system.
Did you first turn OFF the 750 RBS and then try to sync the 850 RBS to the 750 RBR using the Add Satellite feature on the RBRs web page?
What happens if you ethernet connect the RBS to the back of the RBR?
- Fw on the rbr750 is 7.2.6.21.
I can't check on the rbs850 because it either doesn't have connection to the Internet or if I turn on the rbr it only reads that one. Any idea on how to check the rbs fw besides ethernet cable into a computer?
If I connect the rbs to the rbr by ethernet it only reads as another device. Just as my phone, console or any other thing, but it doesn't give me access to any information besides name and Mac adressDoesn't give a IP address at all?
Try accesing the RBS at 192.168.10.250?
Wire connect 1 PC to the back of the RBS. Factory reset the RBS, wait about 5 minutes. The PC will get a IP address from the satellite📡. The RBS will be 192.168.1.250 for Orbi AC/192.168.10.250 for Orbi AX. Use this IP address in a web browser to log in to the satellites web page. Log in as admin and password. Use the satellites 📡 web page FW update feature to select the FW update file that was unpacked from the .zip file. Then factory reset and then re-sync the satellites 📡 to the RBR.
