the LED turns purple
the ONT from Sonic is the adtran 411, seen here - https://help.sonic.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000419668-Adtran-411
I bought this product on the netgear website.
IF the front LED is turning ON PINK then this means the RBR is loosing connect with the ONT OR the ONT is having problems thus causing loss of signal to the RBR which would cause the front LED to turn on PINK.
