My RBS750 won't sync with my RBR750
Okay. Forgive me for my horrible English.
My router/satelitte acted last night. So I thought a firewire update will try to fix it. Router was on v3 (could not update it via website or app.) But the satelittle was on v4.5 (I think.) Anyway, I read an article that it suggests me to update satelittle first. So I did that. Then it won't sync to my router in all. (I had to manual update it. Then I read an article which told me to not do it wireless.) I suspected that I eff it up. So I reset RBS to factory setting. But it won't sync. I tried everything from what I read onlines. Then I had to reset the router in hope to fix it. (Big mistakes for me. I had to run through endless set-up loop. Finally, I got through it by just not personalize it in all and unplugs everything. My router is back after 4 hours of try to set it up.)
Now, I'm back to my original problem. Both router and satlitles are on factory setting but it won't SYNC in all. I observed the LED ring around my satlittle, it blinked white when I press sync. But like 45 second to 1 minutes ish, the led light disappeared and app/website says they can't find my satelitte.
So... please help me. Did I mess my satelittle up?

What happens if you hardwire the satellite back into your router and then try syncing it?
And what actual firmware version is on the router and the satellites? Those aren't full versions you listed.

Router version is 3.2.16.22. I don't know what version the satellite is after the factory reset.
Hardwire? Like I hook Ethernet cable to outer port of router to my satellite?You're quite a ways behind on firmware.

Yes, try hardwiring the satellite into the router for getting it setup, updated, and sync'd. Once you have that done, you can disconnect it and put it back where you want it.
