My router was auto updated to V4.6.8.2 and so was one of my satellites
I just spent my entire day dealing with this hot mess. My router was auto updated to V4.6.8.2 and so was one of my satellites, but the other satellite was still on V4.6,5,14 and would no longer connect to the network, presumably because of the version mismatch between the router and sat. I could not find a way to upgrade the sat firmware because I was getting the now famous connection refused errors when I tried to access the sat web interface. Support is impossible to contact if you are outside of the 90 day free software support window, so they were no help.
To make a long story short, the only way that I could get my full network back was to factory reset everything and start over. I had a recent config back-up, which helped ease the reconfiguration. Factory resetting everything brought everything back to V4.6.5.14 and everything connected okay.
Honestly, I've never seen such a colossal mess with a mass market released product.

The only problem was that the one RBS failed to update properly. I would suggest that since you have all online now, you can manually update both RBS using there web pages, to v.2, then update the RBR lastly.
I also found that distance with the RBS from the RBR can impact how the RBS get FW updates via auto update. You may need to bring the RBS in to a closeer distance from the RBR.
NG may auto update your system to v.2 at some point. Manually updating helps avoid the auto update issues.Mines on v.2 now. Working well. Manually updated.
I highly recommend to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
