My WIFI network became "open" after adding a 3rd satilite

Be sure all RBS are using same version of FW.

How is the RBS ethernet connected to the RBR? Directly behind or is there a LAN switch in between? 

Turn OFF the other two RBS and re-sync the 3rd RBS and check the status page on the RBS to ensure the WPA2 setting is seen there. 

Check the RBRs web page to ensure the same is set there as well. 

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Orbi AX product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Orbi AX and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. rebooted to no avail ., removed third sat no change...
