Try using Forget PW here:
https://store.netgear.com/loginshow?returnUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.netgear.com%2Fsupport%2Fdefault.aspx
Select the Forgot Password option.
This is for the NG account profile.
What Orbi model do you have?

Thanks, but that won't help since the broken password recovery site that I linked is the redirect from https://store.netgear.com/loginshow?returnUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.netgear.com%2Fsupport%2Fdefault.aspx
I need to access https://my.netgear.com/ - but I can't because I don't recall my password and the password recovery is broken. The Orbi model that I just purchased is an RBK753.

Note that password recovery is also broken within the Orbi android app, since the Reset Password API response is an HTTP 500/internal server error

thank you FURRYe38, I will do so. I thought I'd raise the issue for visibility since it's centralized in nature, and since there was no way (at least that I could see) to engage website support.
