Hello zahmnd ,
This issue should now be resolved. Can you please confirm if you're able to reset your password now?

Christine

Orbi routers have three sets of credentials:
- The WiFi name/password, which are printed on the label on the bottom of the router. From the factory, Orbi systems have a WiFi name (SSID) consisting of the letters "ORBI" plus a two digit number. The password is some goofy combination of words and a number. Many (most?) users elect to change these credentials to match the WiFi system that is being replaced so they will not need to reconfigure existing WiFi devices. (I have kept the same WiFi credentials for almost 25 years!)
- The Orbi router's web interface, which is what supports Password Recovery has credentials of "admin" and a password (that was originally "password", but users are almost bludgeoned into change it to something more "secure"). Notice there is no email address on the web interface. Entering something besides "admin" into the web interface will fail every time.
- The Orbi 'app' credentials consist of a user name which is usually the email address used for my.netgear.com and a password.
If you are trying to access the web interface and cannot answer the security questions, the only way to reset the router is to perform a Factory Reset.
