Need dire help with Orbi ax4200

I have a Orbi ax4200 router plugged into nighthawk cm1200 modem. I had 3 satellites also connected. All satellites are now gone from my app. I have tried to factory re set the satellites and even tried direct Ethernet one into router and still cannot be found. Can someone please help? This was a picture before I factory re set.

    It is literally hooked in via Ethernet chord and the router doesn’t recognize it as a satellite. It thinks it’s a device.

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

     

    What does the RBRs web page display for the RBS? 

    What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
    What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.

    Are RBS all wirelessly connected to the RBR or ethernet connected to the back of the RBR?
