Need help getting Orbi on Same subnet as my wired devices

running 2 routers in router mode does tend to create issues. 

Its called a double nat

options? 

1. disable the router on the att device and put it in passthrough/modem only. I'd contact att if you wanted to do this. 

2. Put the netgears IP address in the att devices dmz. 

3. put the netgear in AP (access point) mode. It disables a few features but leaves the ATT router controlling the system. You still have wifi ethernet on the Orbi. This tends to be the easiest router but again, you loose a few features.

    Thanks for your reply.  I'm not sure how to do some of those things.  I would require more detailed instructions.

     

     for #1, I still have some wired devices on the AT&T devices, if I disable the router on the AT&T device will those still get connectivity?

    I don't know how to do #2.

    What features would I be losing in step 3?
