Nest Audio and RBR750
I have an Orbi RBR50 with one satellite, Firmware Version V4.6.9.11_2.3.5. I recently had to reset my Nest Audio because of a change in my Google account, and now it won't connect to the system during setup. Or rather, it will connect to the Wi-Fi and then tells me it can't complete setup because the phone can't talk to the Home over Wi-Fi and I need to turn off 'client isolation.'
I read that one way to fix this is to turn off 5GHz, but I can't find where in the settings to actually turn OFF 5Ghz. I tried turning off AX for both bands and turning off WMM for 5GHz, but I can't find the checkbox for actually turning OFF 5Ghz. It isn't there.
I do not have a VPN on. I read another solution that you're supposed to 'enable location services,' but I can't find that checkbox either. More suggestions?

Please confirm the Orbi model you have. RBR50 isnt' compatible with the FW version you posted.
Mostly likely the devices setup software on the mobile device is requireing 2.4Ghz connection though both 2.4 and 5Ghz are on same network.
Try this. Turn OFF all RBS. Then turn the power output of the 5Ghz radio to 25% on the RBR. Be sure that 20/40 MHz Coexistence enabled. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings. Then connect your mobile device at a distance from the RBR to ensure the mobile phone keeps connected to the 2.4Ghz radio. After you get the IoT device connected, re-configure the system back to where it was.
Or update your system to v7 FW which has a separate IoT network where you can set 2.4Ghz only to connect too:

Which model of Nest Audio is this?
and Which WiFi network is it connecting to? (primary WiFi or Guest WiFi?)
I had no trouble connecting a Nest Mini to Netgear Orbi.
