What Firmware version is currently loaded?
How is the IoT network configured?
Something to contact NEST support regarding there products.
Updated firmware last night to latest version.
IoT was configured to 2.4ghz per Netgear support
I have contacted Nest several times but it looks like an Orbi issue since I am able to connect to other networks.
