Updated firmware last night to latest version.

IoT was configured to 2.4ghz per Netgear support

 

I have contacted Nest several times but it looks like an Orbi issue since I am able to connect to other networks.

What version number of FW is loaded? 

How is the 2.4Ghz IoT network security configured? Try with NONE for security as a quick test to see if anything connects?
