Net gear what is up with your firmware updates?
Product worked flawless for 3 year then in the last few months or the last firmware update the quest wi-fi will not take or hold a password accepts the password submitted the deletes it and leaves the network wide open. Please fix your product. A product that’s cost what your product do should not have these types of issues. If I have to buy a new mesh network will go with another products. Very disappointed in the current support.
This is a know issue all over the internet blogs.
Please fix the firmware issue or roll back to version that works.

What is "quest wifi"?
FW doesn't get fixed here in the forums. We can help you troubleshoot and mabye help fix something. However after all troubleshooting has been exhausted and the problem has not been resolve, you'll need to contact NG support for there help and let them know there is a problem.
