Netgear Login Page
Model Version - Orbi AX6000 Tri-band Mesh WiFi 6 Router (RBR850)
Firmware Version - V4.6.8.2_2.1.9
OS - Windows 10 Pro
When I rebooted my desktop computer (wired directly) I received a Netgear Login page. (msftconnectest.com/redirect). When the computer was rebooted, I could see that it wasn't connected to my network. After 15-20 minutes I could see that the computer was connected to my network. I'm not having this problem with other desktop computers that are also connected to my network. This all started after changing the password of my Orbi router. Everyone in my family was given the new password. After changing the password my daughter let me know about the Netgear Login page on her Smart TV. But after a few minutes it went away on it's own. And just today my Smart TV had the same login page popup. At the top of the screen it says: "Join <unknown ssid>" "http//fireoscaptiveportal.com/gernerate_204"
Thank you.

Which password was changed?
- administrator login to the router, or
- WiFi password
You are aware that neither of those URLs have anything to do with Netgear?

Wi-Fi password was only changed. I was suspicious of the URLs, that is why I didn't use them to logon. Do you have any idea how they came about. I'm always worried about security and thinking someone is trying to get information from our computers. Any suggestions about cleaning up my computers. I have a couple of desktops that are constantly redirecting to new tab within Google Chrome.
Thanks for your help.

I rebooted other computers on my network and all of them are starting but not connecting to internet till after about 5-10 minutes.
