Netgear Orbi 6 connect to Engenius AP
I would like to ask if I can wirelessly configure the Netgear Orbi 6 to existing Engenius AP?
The ISP Modem location is in the basement but this Netgear Orbi I wanted to mesh it but the location is in the 2nd level and in that level have an existing Engenius AP.
Any help or input would be appreciated.

Orbi would be replacing this AP. Not configurable with other APs.

No. Orbi routers must be connected with an Ethernet cable. They cannot be connected wirelessly. Although Orbi satellites can connect over WiFi, they are compatible only with Orbi routers, not with Engenius systems. Thus the answer to the specific question is, "no".
As others have commented, the question omits information about the purpose behind the question. i.e. "What is the end result?"
- Replacing the Engenious system with Netgear Orbi?
- Adding a separate Netgear WiFi system to operate at the same time as the Engenious?
- Avoiding having to install an Ethernet cable?
- Increasing the WiFi coverage area without purchasing more Engenious hardware?
There are lots of possibilities
