Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
Yes, I have factory reset all units. I did use the restore settings when i did this... I assume your advice will be to not do this :-)
For troubleshooting sake, yes, it's not recommended to use a back config initially.
Try a reset and setup from scratch. Try setting manual channel 1,6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 on the RBR.
I would set up the RBR first then bring the RBS to the same room as the RBR and sync them 1 at a time. Let us know if they don't sync and don't remain connected
- Try burning it. Broiling is recommended
- After reset again, the satellite connect become unusable again, it’s for sure a firmware problem I think, factory reset and lab firmware upgrade again, still the same…..
No problem before update….
