I returned mine to costco after 8 months and gor a new one(100$ less). New one upgraded and same issue. Will return this one too and return then old one on the new receipt.

FYI to all users having problems with there Orbi AX 7 series system and this version of FW. Please make contact with Christian_R with the requested information. NG is aware of fhis issue and IS working on it.
If you've done troubleshooting and can't get it working, make contact and go from there. NG is looking into the problem of not downgrading. All the information I can provide.
