for me, the parental controls do not show in the orbi app nor the web interface on this firmware.  there is a post from another user of the same mesh system reporting same issue.

    Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Parental Controls product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Smart Parental Controls and Circle and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

      FYI - A new firmware version is now available for the Orbi AXE series at https://www.netgear.com/support/download/?model=RBKE963 - Firmware Version 6.0.3.82.

       

      My Orbi AXE has been running fine over the past few weeks, but it restarted by itself at least a couple times.  This was on the original firmware version 6.0.3.68.  I started a support case with Netgear and they asked me to install this new firmware version.  I'll watch how it goes over the next 5 days and see if it still restarts  I'm keeping an eye on its uptime as reported on http://orbilogin.com/debug.htm to see if it does it again.
