for me, the parental controls do not show in the orbi app nor the web interface on this firmware. there is a post from another user of the same mesh system reporting same issue.
Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Parental Controls product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Smart Parental Controls and Circle and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum.
