I would do a factory reset and setup from scratch as well.
My RBK752 has been online for 5 days and working good on this version of FW.
RBS ethernet connected.

I was right!!! I had a signal issue at the street. Had xfinity come and check it out. They have yo have another tech come and adjust the repeater (?) Aka the box in the street, signal so I'm getting a clena one coming in. I was experiencing t3 or t4 timeouts and that's what was causing the intermittent drop. Now once that is stabilized, I can refresh my firmware and settle down for a while (hopefully).

Glad it was an ISP issue and they fixed it. Finally.
Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.

After long hesitation I've just upgraded from 4.6.9.11 and the speed on wifi has dropped for all devices (usually getting 400-500Mbps, now I'm getting 150-180Mbps). I've changed nothing in configuration, so I wonder if anyone has experienced this.
I saw a recommendation to set the IP range to 100-200 for DHCP after upgrade, but not sure if that will change anything at all. Any suggestions?

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.IF this doesn't change the issue, then a factory reset and setup from scratch will be needed. A complete pull of the power adapters for a period of time after the factory reset then walk thru the setup wizard and setup from scratch with a wired PC and web browser. Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.

I would power OFF the ISP modem for 1 minute. Factory reset the Orbi router and power it off. Power ON the ISP modem and let it sync. Then power ON the Orbi router and walk thru the setup wizard again using a wired PC and a web browser.
Press the back reset button for 15 seconds then release.
