I can only assume I got the upgrade. I cannot use the app on android or a browser on my desktop to admin. How do get into the admin now?

I have the same issue. I can't access the orbi router after selecting routerlogin.net. It says that this site can't be reached. So I don't have a chance to login at all.

    I had the same problem with mine when I first bought it.

     

    try plugging directly into it from a computer and enter 192.168.1.1 or possibly 192.168.0.1 into a browser.

    Try 192.168.1.1 as well. If you can't then Factory reset the RBR and setup from scratch using a wired PC and web browser.
