You'll need to factory reset the RBR and setup from scratch with a wired PC to re-gain access to the RBRs web page.

Sorry, I just don't think resetting the router is a reasonable solution for a disastrous situation created by Netgear! They said they have pushed a fix more than a month ago, I still don't have it.
You'll need to factory reset the RBR and setup from scratch. It will work to get you back in.
Or make contact with NG support.
