Would you please update the user documentation for the past 2 firmware updates? The original documentation, which appears to be all that's available, does not cover the updated features provided in these 7.x.x.x firmware updates. Please provide an update or addendum covering these newest features.

Any and all information regarding FW version and what they include are all located here. Even prior versions:

FYI...I'm looking for updated documentation. If there isn't any, then just say so because what's at that link is the OG User Manual prior to the firmware-supplied updates.

Youi'll need to look at release notes posted for each version of FW posted in the download section.
Any user manual or specs are posted here:

Alas, Netgear's Community Forum is exactly that: a web site where customers talk about products, ask questions, and suggest solutions. The only Netgear employees involved with the forum are moderators tasked with keeping the forum running. Software engineers, technical writers, and support staff are doing whatever tasks have been assigned to them.
I, also, would like to think that Netgear management places enough value on user documentation to assign people to update the User Manuals when substantial changes are made to product capabilities (such as the IoT WiFi capability, automatic firmware update option, etc.). It might be an interesting exercise to compare Netgear's User Guides against those of other vendors (Amazon eero, Asus, Google, TP-Link, Ubiquiti, etc.) Do they all update User Guides when new firmware is released? (Do they actually make substantial changes to their product capabilities that would require new documentation?)
Anyway, "preaching to the choir."
