I agree. The PC/MacBook/phone that measures 97Mbps when connected to the router WiFi should report the same when connected to the satellite WiFi. Unless, of course, there is some horrible obstacle attenuating the satellite signal. The Android phone should report the frequency band and the Transmit/Receive "Link Speed" of the WiFi connection. (PC and Macbook may as well?) I would expect those speeds to be very high and the actual limitation to be the ISP connection.
p.s. The diagram is really helpful in understanding the problem. It's not significant to the issue, but the physical connection between ISP and RBR60 is an Ethernet cable, not Fiber Optic.
