I tired:
- factory reset
- update to the latest version
Speed test on:
- PC Windows, MacBook
- Android
Each time the Satellit (RBS760) speed via WiFi is twice as low as it should be.
Has anyone encountered this problem before or does anyone have any ideas?
I see two different results at the RBS. Is one test with out the RBS ethernet connected to the RBR?
Is the RBS always ethernet connected to the RBR?
- RBS is always ethernet connected to the RBR.
Please give more details on the two results seen at the RBS.

(Again not particularly relevant to the problem, but.....)
Would it be convenient to report the speed of the Ethernet connections on the WAN port (to the ISP device) and the LAN port that connects the router to the satellite?
(This should be found on the Orbi web interface, Advanced Tab home page. Click the Blue Box Show Statistics.
The assumption is that both ports will show 1000M/Full (gigabit).
