What is the general view about whether it is best to update firmware through the Orbi app or manually via the web interface? I tried to update my RBR 850 and three RBS850s to 4.6.7.13 via the Orbi app and only the RBR updated; checking the status of each RBS on the app gave a blank for the firmware version. When I launched the web interface it could not read the firmware status of the RBSs and said that they were "Out of Sync." That gave me particular concern because the RBSs should be updated before the RBR. I was unable to update them manually until I power cycled each RBS. They then showed up in the web interface and I was able to update them. I rebooted the RBR, then power cycled both it and the RBSs, and now everything appears to be updated and stable. But the experience made me wonder if, instead of updating through the app, I should always do so manually.

I recommend always updating using a wired PC and web browser connected to the system. Update the RBS first using it's web page, then the RBR lastly. I presonally don't use Orbi app for any FW updates.
