I may have to send you a present! I rolled back to 4.6.6.11 and was still having the dropouts. Turned off all logging and traffic meter (I think mine was already off) and fingers crossed I haven't noticed a single drop since!

Mine is still rock solid.  Let's keep an eye on both systems and see if it stays that way.
