New firmware for RBR/RBS350

Why is it so difficult to contact Netgear about a simple question as to supplying an up to date version of their firmware?

 

The RBR350 firmware (v4.4.1.29) was last updated just over 2 years ago and with the number of growing CVEs and more sophisticated attacks you would think it would be a given that the product would need to be updated on a regular basis.

    Are these CVS pertaining to the 350 series? 

    Are you experiencing issues with the 350 series?

     

    How are you contacting NG? 
    NG doesn't publish when and if new FW maybe forth coming.
