NEW FIRMWARE RELASED
Please can you tell me i just checked my orbi RBKE960 And 2 satellite found new firmware to upgrade last time when i update its causing a issue so after 3 days struggling i manage NOW again new fir...

Just be sure to update the RBS first, then RBR lastly.

V6.3.7.5_3.2.25can i do manually update satellites first and then router? i was thinking following step to update please correct me thanks
1--------- satellite near to router wifi and attached SATELLITE WITH eathernet cable with my laptop and update downloaded desktop saved .img or .chk imgage and upload.... same procedure to 2nd.. also i already checked my sattelie backhual is GOOD . is that ok?
2................ORBI router upstairs and i update firmware through web browser and automatic update is that ok

Today i try to download latest firmware. just wants to asked Why net gear not fixed this issue not all people are best in computers software. including me we spend £1600 for these 3 and at end we need support to download just a firmware. why its not automatically download satellite first and then router. so please don't mind i asked you final time i am poor in these
1---- please note my satellites are Not connected with Ethernet cable with router Its ON WIFI and i attached my laptop with Ethernet cable with satellite. download firmware on my desktop and upload .img or chk file only. is that ok
(SATELLITE ON WIFI WITH ROUTER) and satellite attached WIRED Ethernet cable with laptop)
2.............Now Router and my laptop are on WIFI and i upload Automatic way as when i put user name and password and checked firmware available and just upload automatically is that all
